Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Today we will take a shared tour with other participants to Sugarloaf Mountain, for a beautiful visit at nearly 400 meters above sea level. The first cable car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, offering spectacular views of the entire bay and its neighboring islands. From Morro da Urca, we continue on a second cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, which rises 395 meters above sea level and provides a 360-degree view of the entire city. This tour also includes panoramic visits to the beaches of Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone. Return to the hotel. Free evening. Overnight stay.

As an optional tour, we recommend learning about the history of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil with a visit to the Imperial City of Petrópolis, taking a walking city tour through downtown Rio de Janeiro, joining an educational tour of a favela, exploring the nature of the Botanical Garden and Tijuca Forest, or discovering the city’s new attractions. Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. In the morning, departure to visit the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls. At the park entrance there is a visitor center with full facilities, including restrooms, a medical center, souvenir shops, and informational panels about the park’s biodiversity. Transportation within the park is provided by an ecological train that connects the main points of the National Park with several stops.

Visiting the Argentine side allows you to experience three different circuits, each offering unique perspectives of this natural wonder of the world. The first stop is Cataratas Station, from where you can access the Upper Circuit or the Lower Circuit. Another must-see is the Devil’s Throat, where after walking approximately 1 km along footbridges over the river, you reach the point where you can admire this massive waterfall up close.

In the afternoon, visit to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls. After passing through the visitor center, we continue along a road that leads to the magnificent waterfalls. We reach the Falls Viewpoint and from there take a walk of approximately 1,200 meters, with an easy level of difficulty. During the walk, we enjoy panoramic views of the different falls and, at the end, a fantastic close view of the Devil’s Throat.

The tour ends at the upper part of the falls, where there is a beautiful viewpoint with panoramic views of the upper Iguazu River. At this location, there is an excellent restaurant and a handicraft shop, where you can enjoy a delicious natural fruit juice or purchase a souvenir. Before returning to the hotel, we recommend as optional tours the Macuco Safari experience or a visit to the Bird Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. In the morning, pick-up at the hotel for transfer to Evolução Ecolodge. On the way to the lodge, located in the Amazon rainforest, we will experience the Meeting of the Waters phenomenon, have lunch at a floating restaurant, and continue to the lodge. In the afternoon, we will take a short canoe trip through the igapós (seasonally flooded forest) and small streams to observe life in the floodplains, with the possibility of spotting monkeys and sloths. In the late afternoon, piranha fishing and sunset observation. 19:00 - Dinner and free evening.

Breakfast in the morning and departure for a jungle walk with a specialized tour guide, where we will walk among large trees and breathe the pure air of the forest, as well as learn about the flora and fauna of this wonderful region and visit the home of a local native family. There, guests can see how riverine families live and learn about their customs and traditions. This group usually lives from cassava cultivation and produces the famous manioc flour. They are called “caboclos” (a mix of Indigenous and white Amazonian heritage). The history of the Amazonian population and the rubber cycle is also explained. Lunch at midday and, after some rest time, visit to the Community of Acajatuba, where the local population lives from cassava farming, fishing, and regional fruits such as tucumã, cupuaçu, açaí, as well as rubber extraction and Brazil nuts. In the evening, farewell dinner and guided night tour for caiman spotting and to observe the forest’s nocturnal life. We may see frogs, snakes, and caimans, which are more active at night. The guide uses a flashlight to locate caimans and other small creatures in the water and trees.

Breakfast and free morning to swim, relax, or enjoy the lodge facilities. 10:00 am – Departure to Manaus and transfer to the hotel in Manaus. Check-in. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the city of Manaus. Overnight stay.
