It has 35 stalls offering second-hand books, jewelry, aromatic herbs and pillows. Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon, visit a cheese factory to learn about the products produced there, the artisan cheeses stand out and, especially, the famous Torta del Casar, which has the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) catalogue. We will discover the origin of this delicacy, which has become a hallmark of the province of Cáceres. After the visit we will taste 10 different cheeses and learn to distinguish their different flavor, aroma and texture characteristics. In addition, we will accompany this tasting with a glass of wine from the region. When night falls, the beautiful historic center of Cáceres is transformed. We will end the visit with a tasting of hams and sausages from the region.
