Day 1: ARRIVAL LHASA
Arrive at Lhasa International Airport or Railway Station. Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting to greet you at the airport/railway station and accompany you on the transfer to the city. The private transfer will take you directly to your hotel in Lhasa. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure in the city. Take the opportunity to rest and recover after the flight or stroll down its charming streets of the city.

Day 2: LHASA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up at about 9:00 in the morning to take you for full-day Lhasa tour. After a 30-minute-long ride, we’ll spend an hour and a half exploring the halls of Potala Palace, the seat of successive Dalai Lama and one of the holiest places in Tibet. Then, we´ll stop for a lunch at the local restaurant (included) and we´ll follow to visit Jokhang Temple, the oldest temple in Tibet and Barkor Street. You will be back at the hotel where you’ll be dropped off at around 18:00, just in time for dinner (not included) and for further explore the city surroundings at leisure.

Day 3: LHASA
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, after which we´ll spend a full day visiting Lhasa city. After a 30-minute- long drive, we´ll spend 3.5 hours exploring the halls and gardens of the largest monastery in Tibet, Drepung Monastery and we´ll stop at Dalai Lama´s summer residence in Norbulingka. Lunch at the local restaurant (included) will be followed by 30-minute-drive to the north suburb of Lhasa city where we´ll visit Sera Monastery and seek the scriptures written in gold powder and some fine statues. Once back in the hotel in the late afternoon, you´ll be dropped off at around 17:30 so you can spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4: LHASA
Enjoy your morning breakfast at the hotel, then be ready for pick-up at 9:00 for your Yamdrok Lake excursion. After the two-hours drive we´ll reach the bank of the largest lake in Tibet and we´ll spend 2 hours enjoying its tranquil atmosphere, iconic beauty and marvellous views over the water level. Packed lunch in a picnic style will boost this natural beauty (included). You will be dropped off at the hotel at around 16:30 and the rest of the afternoon we´ll let you explore this city on your own rhythm.

Day 5: DEPARTURE LHASA
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the hotel and at the agreed time you will be transferred to the airport/railway station for your onward or return flight/train. Although this is the last day in Lhasa, we are sure that your memories of this fascinating city will last you a lifetime.
Comfortable and light clothing is best suited to travel in the warm months and warm clothing in the colder months in China. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or sparse clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sunglasses and a hat can be very useful during your stay.
