December 26. Day 1. Cali: Arrival in Cali:
Assistance at Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.
Delirio Show: at 7:30 pm, private transfer from the hotel to the Delirio tent (40 minutes). At around 8:20 pm, we will enjoy a unique experience at the Delirio salsa show. The first and largest permanent cabaret show in Colombia, taking aspects of European cabaret culture and always inspired by the history of Valle del Cauca to exalt our heritage and promote art as a way of life, creating a show like no other where we will marvel at more than 50 dancers and vibrate to the rhythm of salsa. (Duration: 4.5 hours). At 1:00 a.m., we will return to the hotel for the night.

December 27. Day 2. Cali: Cultural walking tour:
Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:15 a.m., transfer to the historic center of Santiago de Cali. We will visit incredible places steeped in history and with architecture that will transport us back in time to the founding of Santiago de Cali, starting with the Gold Museum, the Municipal Theater, and then La Merced Church, where we will learn about the city's beginnings, its founding, and the history that unfolded around this area. At around 10:50 a.m., transfer from the historic center of Cali to the traditional San Antonio neighborhood. With an incredible panoramic view of Santiago de Cali from the beautiful San Antonio Church, renowned for its Baroque style, we will continue our tour through the colorful streets of this traditional neighborhood of the city until we reach the Linterna Litografía, a place with more than 80 years of tradition where we will not only marvel at the most impressive and colorful prints that adorn many of the city's murals today, but also receive our own poster alluding to Cali's culture. At around 12:20 pm, we will enjoy an exquisite three-course menu prepared under a signature cuisine concept, through which we will taste the most traditional flavors of the region in a restaurant in the San Antonio neighborhood. At around 2:00 pm, we will move from the San Antonio neighborhood to the Caycedo square. We will continue our tour.
Visiting Caycedo Square and walking along the Boulevard del Rio, where we will see La Ermita Church and Ortiz Bridge, until we reach Jairo Varela Square, where we will delve into the world of salsa, learning about the monument to the group Niche and the history of this important group while visiting their museum and learning the basic steps to dance salsa like a true Cali native. At 3:50 pm, transfer from Jairo Varela Square to Paseo de las Gatas. Amidst nature-lined trails that border the Cali River, we will walk along the Paseo de las Gatas until we reach the Gato de Tejada monument and then arrive at the La Tertulia Museum of Modern Art, where we will end our tour. At around 5:00 pm, we will transfer from the obelisk to the Pan American courts, where the Melómanos gathering takes place. At 5:30 pm, the Melómanos gathering begins. It is one of the largest collective collections in the world in vinyl format: 78, 45, and 33 rpm, amid artistic performances by musical groups, making this audiovisual and record gathering considered the most important and massive event in Latin America in the salsa and Afro-Antillean genre. At 7:00 p.m., transfer from the Pan American courts to the accommodation.
Be ready in the hotel lobby at 8:30 pm to be taken from the hotel to the Hacienda el Bosque restaurant. There, surrounded by colonial architecture and live music, we will enjoy an exquisite three-course tasting menu that evokes the most traditional flavors of Valle del Cauca cuisine, prepared using cutting-edge techniques and accompanied by artisanal (non-alcoholic) drinks made with exotic fruits from the valley. At 11:00 pm, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

December 28. Day 3. Cali:
Cali Viejo Carnival: Breakfast at the hotel. At 9:00 a.m., transfer from the accommodation to the Swing Latino dance school. We will learn the steps to dance salsa like a true Cali native from the dancers of the renowned Swing Latino dance school. At around 10:45 a.m., transfer from the dance school to Galería la Alameda. We will visit Galería la Alameda, one of the city's most iconic marketplaces, where we will marvel at the diverse exotic fruits of our country and discover the unique designs of the most iconic handicrafts of Cali and Colombian culture. At 12:10 pm, we will travel to the traditional El Peñón neighborhood. There, we will be welcomed with a refreshing and traditional lulada at the Agua de Lulo restaurant, where we will enjoy a light lunch featuring the characteristic flavors of typical Valle del Cauca cuisine, represented in a dish consisting of marranitas, aborrajados, and empanadas vallunas. At 1:50 p.m., we will begin our transfer to the Cali Viejo Carnival, where we will marvel at one of the most beloved and eagerly awaited events for thousands of people. Different cultural organizations will put on a show full of fantasy, creativity, music, and color, through which we will learn about the essence, culture, and community of Santiago de Cali in a space filled with art, peace, tradition, and joy.

Then, at around 6:50 pm, transfer to the San Antonio neighborhood to enjoy an exquisite dinner at the Domingo restaurant, run by renowned chef Catalina Vélez, who has designed a three-course menu that evokes the traditional cuisine of the Colombian Pacific coast, taking us on a journey of flavors for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. All this while enjoying a refreshing cocktail made with viche. At 9:20 p.m., transfer from the San Antonio neighborhood to the hotel and accommodation.
